Youth WORKOUTS
We offer FREE workouts for girls of all skill levels, grades 3rd-8th. We offer these in the fall, winter, and spring seasons:
Fall (September thru October) - Once/Twice a Week (dates/times depend on gym availability)
Winter (December thru February) - Saturday AM
Spring (March thru May) - Once/Twice a Week (dates/times depend on gym availability)
Workouts are treated just like practices. They focus around basketball fundamentals, skill development, and what we focus on with the BVSW girls basketball program. We want to help girls get to the next level, whichever level that is right now. And, eventually, to help prepare them for when they are Lady Timberwolves basketball players. Advanced players will be challenged; beginning players will develop a foundation. All girls will be encouraged and welcomed in a fun, controlled, and interactive environment.
Instruction is led by BVSW girls basketball coaches, with some help from current and/or former Lady Timberwolves basketball student-athletes.
